Alaska State Parks Passport Challenge 2026 image

Anchorage, AK — The Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation is inviting outdoor enthusiasts to explore every inch of trail within the Alaska State Parks system with the launch of the new Alaska State Parks Passport Challenge with the OuterSpatial app.

The digital passport gives park users the chance to check in at every single Alaska State Park. Every check-in is saved to the user's profile, making it easy to track when and where they've explored. Park goers can upload photos to share their experiences and inspire others. A live leaderboard will show how explorers stack up against on another as they trek throughout the parks.

Jump into the action now! Download the OuterSpatial app via the Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.
