Mark your calendar for May 20, 2023 KIDS TO PARKS DAY event at Matanuska Lakes from noon-3 p.m.

We are partnering with Parks Ambassador- Erin Kirkland, The Boating Safety team and Special Guest- Ranger Tiffany Walters, from the Mat-Su Region. We will announce more details and additional partners as we get closer. Come play outside and see what Matanuska Lakes is all about!

Bring your family to our series of quarterly events at a different State Park area each season, highlighting kid-friendly activities in Alaska State Parks. At these events, learn hands-on skills like fishing, camping, hiking, biking, and planning and packing for each.
