Powerful Partnerships and Meaningful Connections is our 2026 conference theme, and we have a packed agenda of speakers, activities and robust discussions for you! Beginning with your arrival on Sunday or Monday, we will start our event on Monday evening with a welcome event after you register. If you are able, plan to arrive early or stay an extra day or two to enjoy the Nordic Day Spa at Alyeska, the parks in the surrounding areas or take a road trip north to Denali or south to one of our popular fishing spots.

Girdwood is conveniently located 40 miles south of Anchorage, Alaska. During our week together, we will take short motorcoach rides into Anchorage, to Portage and to nearby Parks. We will visit Chugach State Park on Tuesday, May 5- in the afternoon / evening and have dinner in Anchorage near our State Parks offices in downtown Anchorage. On Wednesday, May 6, after a morning at the Resort, we will spend our afternoon at the Alaska Wildlife Center for a session and a tour. Thursday will be spent in Girdwood, enjoying the local fare. All three days will be packed with a perfect balance of sessions, discussions and activities, intended to give you a taste of Alaska and an opportunity to return to your home parks refreshed and full of ideas.

As an exhibitor or Sponsor of the NASPD-Western States Parks Conference—formally known as RMSPEC—you’ll have the unique opportunity to spend several days with parks leadership from across the United States.

• Exhibitors and sponsors receive one full registration with your purchase, allowing you to participate in all conference functions with all attendees and speakers: field trips, meals and pre-conference activities over the four-day conference.
• Day 1 registration and reception will be held on the second floor of Alyeska Resort giving you high exposure to conference attendees and the opportunity to showcase your products and interact with members of the group in an informal setting.
• The conference can handle large equipment, which means you have the exceptional opportunity to allow conference attendees to engage and interact with your quality products.

Bronze, Silver and Gold registration includes all group activities, conference transportation and meals. Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in all activities to maximize their exposure to our program and members.

The fee includes:

• Ten-minute presentation time during the conference
• One complimentary conference registration (includes meals and all conference functions). Does not include airfare or lodging.
• Additional registrations for $300 each
• 8' x 10' booth
• 6' draped table and two chairs

• Electrical and WIFI access

SILVER EXHIBITOR:
$1500
The fee includes:

• Ten-minute presentation time during the conference
• One complimentary conference registration (includes meals and all conference functions). Does not include airfare or lodging.
• Additional registrations for $300 each
