Should you still need to buy your annual parking pass, passes will be available for sale ($50).

#YesYouCan!

Bring your family to our series of quarterly events at a different State Park area each season, highlighting kid-friendly activities in Alaska State Parks. At these events, learn hands-on skills like fishing, camping, hiking, biking, and planning and packing for each.

Saturday, August 31, 2019: Join Alaska State Parks staff and Parks Ambassador Erin Kirkland of AKontheGO.com, for Fall Family Adventure Day, the first in our series of #YesYouCan! events. Held at Bird Creek campground and day-use area from 12 to 3p.m., your family is welcome to show off (or learn) skills of setting up camp, preparing campfire food, and learning how to enjoy fall fun in Alaska's state parks. Stay tuned to the Alaska State Parks and AKontheGO Facebook and Instagram accounts for more information, or send an email to wendy.sailors@alaska.gov.
