Western Arctic Exploration Permit

BHP Billiton Energy Coal Inc. filed application to renew Coal Exploration permit (03-84-795) with the Division of Mining, Land and Water on August 5, 2010. The exploration activity is located approximately 40 miles south of Point Lay.
