Public Information Center
DNR's Public Information Center (PIC) counters provide "one stop shopping" for customer service. Customers can get applications, make payments, reserve state park cabins, and get information on DNR programs concerning mining, land, water, parks, geology, forestry, and oil & gas.
Business hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Recorded messages of general information are available at our Anchorage office by dialing (907) 269-8400.
