Memory Lane

Memory Lane is within Glennallen. It is located south of the Glenn Hwy. near mile marker 186. The subdivision is approximately 2.8 miles east of the Glenn Hwy and Richardson Hwy. intersection .

Road access from Glenn Hwy to Pilcho Dr., a gravel road. This road is called "Pilcho Dr." on most maps, however on the survey plat it is called "Memory Lane."

Electrical service is available adjacent to the parcel, along Pilcho Dr. (Memory Lane). There is no municipal water supply or sewer system. Please see plat notes and the “Sewer and Water” section of this brochure for details.

Memory Lane is located in the community of Glennallen. It is within the Unorganized Borough and subject to the State of Alaska platting authority. The parcel is not subject to any zoning restrictions.

An ADOT&PF driveway permit shall be required for all lots directly accessing the Glenn Highway.

There is a 50-foot wide building setback from apparent wetlands. A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wetland permit may be required to develop any wetland areas.

Easements affecting these parcels, as depicted on the plat, may include, but are not limited to, section line easements, utility easements, and a recreational corridor. Information on restrictions, easements, reservations, and setbacks may be depicted on the plat, contained in the plat notes, or be recorded separately. There is a 50-foot wide building setback from apparent wetlands.

Memory Lane is survey ASLS 2017-01/EV-3-226, located in Sections 22 and 23, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Copper River Meridian. The survey has been recorded as plat 2018-1 in the Chitina Recording District.

Pilcho Dr. (Memory Ln. on the survey plat) is developed gravel road.
