Mystery Phase II is located approximately 10 miles northwest of Wasilla, 0.5 miles south of the Parks Hwy, off S. Johnsons Rd.
Access Details
Gravel road access from Parks Hwy, south on S. Johnsons Rd, west on W Garten Dr.
Utilities
Electric service runs past both parcels, along the north side of W Garten Dr. Natural gas is available at S. Johnsons Rd but has not been run into this side of the subdivision. Prospective purchasers may need to extend lines at their own expense. There is no municipal water supply or sewer system. This area is within the boundaries of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough and is subject to applicable
platting authority, local ordinances, and property assessments. Local ordinances may impose setbacks, easements, or restrictions in addition to those mentioned under Restrictions. Please check with the borough for more details. The parcels are outside of the Wasilla city limits. There is currently no zoning for the subdivision.
