Location

The parcel is approximately 1 mile southeast of the town center of McGrath. McGrath is a remote community west of the Alaska Range.

Access Details

Access is by scheduled airline service to McGrath, then by road to the parcel.

Utilities

Electric service is located on Amos Ave., approximately 1500-feet west of the parcel. McGrath's public water system runs along Amos Ave. Purchasers may need to extend utility lines at their own expense. Individual on-site septic systems are typical for this area.
