Land Auction #496

Auction purchases are open to Alaska Residents only.

This year’s State of Alaska Annual Land Auction #496 features approximately 207 parcels statewide, in a variety of areas throughout the state. We are excited to offer Alaskans a chance to purchase their own piece of Alaska. From road-accessible parcels near Anchorage and Fairbanks, to remote lots on wilderness lakes, this offering features a wide selection of parcels.
