Annual APMA Applications
Multi-Year APMA Renewal
For those miners who have already been issued a multi-year permit or approval, the following still needs to be submitted annually:
Deadline
December 31 Deadline.
Applicants, whose proposed operations involving a total
disturbance of less than five acres, are required to submit an Annual Reclamation Statement, whether or not
activity took place this year.
