Contract Initiation and Revenue Recovery
General Information
Contract Initiation and Revenue Recovery (CIRR) is responsible for managing and administering Land Sale Contracts and contract maintenance for Regional Land Authorizations for the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) of the Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
Contract Initiation Functions
The Contract Initiation program manages state Land Sale Contracts, from initiation to conveyance, by processing Assignments, Amendments, Scrivener's Corrections, Relinquishments, Terminations, Probate, Bankruptcies, and the conveyance of Paid-off Land Sale Contracts. Revenue Recovery Functions
Revenue Recovery works to collect and generate revenue for all authorizations in DMLW and provides contract maintenance for other DMLW sections to support adjudication and authorizations.
