Most images are available to view and print from the Internet, with the exception of all federal tax liens and mortgage documents that were recorded prior to January 1, 2018. Additionally, there may be other circumstances for privacy that images and legal indexing has been removed from online, contact our offices if you have questions about this.
Intranet:Images of all recorded documents are available on the Intranet in our district offices.
Ordering Copies not available online:The quickest way to obtain a copy of a document not available online, is to use the Copy Request tool.
You may also call the Archives Unit in Anchorage (907-269-8884) using your Visa or MasterCard or mail the appropriate fee with a written request to the above Archives Unit at 550 West 7th Ave, Suite 108, Anchorage AK 99501. Whichever you choose, please be sure that you have the district name and the document number on your request. Only full document copy requests will be honored (partial document copy requests will not be filled). Please do not e-mail or fax initial copy requests. A phone call ensures that your request has been received and will be processed timely. Thank You!
