ATTENTION! The Online Application System (OLAS) has undergone Changes. These changes affect all equipment currently entered and future entries of new equipment into OLAS. The Division of Forestry made these changes after a mandate from a legislative audit that found the need for updates to be implemented. Several of the major changes are listed below:

Vendors offering equipment must now provide a copy of the following documents;
- Worker's Compensation Insurance (See lines 2 & 3 below)
- Commercial General Liability Insurance - Required of all Vendors,
- Commercial Auto Liability Insurance (See line 4 below),
- Business License - Required of all Vendors
- W-9 - Required of all Vendors.
You must upload all required documents, or your equipment will be considered non-compliant, (last hired and first released from an incident). These documents only need to be summited through the Vendor Profile once. All equipment registered under the profile will be updated.
Vendors who have employees operating equipment must provide a copy of Workman’s Compensation Insurance.
Workman’s Compensation Insurance is not a required document for vendors who are the sole operator of their own equipment.
Commercial Auto Liability Insurance only required for road vehicles.
Vendors may enter their own rate for each piece of equipment using the "Vendor Suggested Rate" or agree to the Agency Suggested Rate. If a vendor has not entered a rate, it will automatically default to the Agency Rate.
