transportation projects

The Office of Project Management and Permitting (OPMP) provides coordination, project review, and permitting assistance for major transportation projects that require:

  • Review of environmental baseline data and data collection programs,
  • Pre-application review of information and data required and/or requested from state resource agencies,
  • Consolidated state agency comments on NEPA and environmental management system documents
  • Coordination of permit application timelines with NEPA timeframes,
  • Contract with third-party consultants if the technical expertise required to adequately review elements of the proposed project does not exist within the state resource agencies,
  • A single point of contact to work with in developing an integrated workplan and schedule for phases of project permitting.

If you have a project requiring OPMP assistance please contact Don Perrin or the OPMP main office at 269-6987.
