Welcome to the Forestry Online Application System Homepage.

The Online Application System (OLAS) is a powerful but simple to use tool for vendors, and Fire Departments to register equipment, services, apply for Volunteer Fire Assistance Grant (VFA) awards and for the state to be able to contact Fire Departments and hire vendors electronically. This will simplify the hiring process and grant awarding process for Division of Forestry employees and for the vendors, and Fire Departments themselves. OLAS will evolve as additional features are added or new applications are developed. OLAS will evolve as additional features are added or new applications are developed.

ATTENTION! As of April 1, 2020, vendors are required to obtain and upload a copy of their Business License, Commercial General Liability Insurance, Commercial Auto Liability Insurance (for road vehicles), W-9 and Workers Comp (for those who have employees who will operate equipment). If you do not obtain and upload all required documents your equipment will be considered non-compliant in the OLAS system, last hired and first released from an incident. These documents only need to be submitted through the Vendor Profile; all equipment registered from the profile will be updated.
