The Alaska State Parks
manages 121 parks, many with historic and prehistoric resources. OHA provides
research for historic interpretation, input on park management plans, and technical
assistance for restoration and maintenance of historic buildings for parks.
OHA archaeologists do surveys to discover sites prior to campground development.
Cultural resources are interpreted at the following parks:
