A large number of organizations and individuals contributed to the success of the Castle Hill Archaeological Project:  The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHA) funded the archaeological recovery program. Mount Edgecumbe High School generously allowed the use of a well-equipped
laboratory for artifact processing. The University of Alaska Southeast - Sitka Campus provided low-cost university housing
near the site. Other organizations who have assisted with the project include:
