IBS/AHRS Access Requirements and User Agreement Forms:

A. Qualified individuals seeking IBS/AHRS access must: B. Corporations or Agencies who desire AHRS data exports for use in their own GIS systems or need sustained access to large geographic areas must: C. Individuals who have a legitimate need for IBS/AHRS access, but do not meet the qualifications standards for individual access, may apply for a Request for Waiver. If approved, this form should be submitted with those outlined in “A”

D. OHA requires that archived AHRS data for completed projects be destroyed prior to the renewal of user agreements. Users should submit the Certification of Data Destruction Form prior to or in conjunction with user agreement renewal requests. Because the IBS is a dynamic system, OHA recommends that users destroy archived data following the completion of each project for which it was obtained.
