How to Get There: At Mile 4, Seward Highway, turn northwest onto Exit Glacier Road. Trailhead is at Mile 8 on road. Summer road subject to closure due to flooding. Trail is closed to saddle/packstock from April 1 - June 30 and motorized vehicles from May 1 - Nov 30. Exit Glacier road is plowed for first 1 to 1.5 miles in winter. Trail Description: Connects to Russian Lakes Trail which connects to Resurrection Pass Trail to make a 72 mile trek across the Kenai Penninsula's Mountain from Hope to Seward. Access to a public recreation cabin 7 miles from trailhead. Large concentrations of brown bears feed upstream off bridges over Boulder and Martin Creeks. Entire trail passes through dense forest.
