Drafting/Surveying Costs:
Paid to a firm of your choice for the preparation of a shore fishery diagram. Get Shore Fishery Sample Diagram
Public Notice Publication Fees:
Paid to a paper local to the area where you setnet. Covers the cost of a legal notice in the newspaper.
Lease Rental Payment:
$300.00 per year (when the lease is issued). Pay Annual Rental Online
Assignment Fee:
$100.00. To assign an existing lease to another individual.
Lease Reinstatement Fee:
$100.00. At the discretion of the Director a recently closed Shore Fishery Lease (per 11 AAC 64.410) may be reinstated if the reason for the closure (such as default) is remedied timely and the lessee submits a written request accompanied by the $100 re-instatement fee.
