• Reclamation Plan Approval, Kensington Gold Mine Project, June 3, 2005.
• Final Finding and Decision for a 25-year tideland lease (ADL 107152) for a marine facility at Cascade Point pursuant to AS 38.05.35(e) and AS 38.05.075(c).

• Final State certification of USACOE 404 Wetlands Fill Permit ‘Lynn Canal 31 POA-1990-592-M’ for the Kensington Mine.
• Final State certification of USACOE 404 Wetlands Fill Permit ‘Berners Bay 4 POA-1997-245-2’ for the Cascade Point Marine Terminal.
