Alaska State Land AuctionOpen March 23 to June 29, 2018


This program allows Alaska residents to bid on a parcel of land that has been surveyed and appraised. The current auction is now open (Auction #484). We are accepting sealed bids from March 23rd until June 29th at 5 P.M. Visit the auction page to view land parcels which are open for bidding.

Remote Recreational Cabin Sites ProgramClosed to new applications


This program allows Alaska residents to stake a parcel of state land in a designated remote staking area, lease the land until DNR completes the survey and appraisal, and then purchase the land at market value.

Chignaki Pond Phase II


The Chignaki Pond Subdivision is located northwest of Wasilla off of West Shampine Lane, about two thirds of a mile south of the intersection of Church Road and Schrock Road. Chignaki Pond features wooded residential lots just outside of Wasilla with easy access to the Parks Highway.

Mystery


Mystery Subdivision is located approximately 10 miles west of Wasilla. Mystery Subdivision features residential lots close to the Parks Highway and Wasilla. Many of the parcels are on high ground and have good views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
