(Anchorage, AK) - In a letter signed Wednesday, May 2, Natural Resources Commissioner Dan Sullivan and Revenue Commissioner Bryan Butcher approved a Project Plan Amendment (PPA) for TransCanada Alaska under the Alaska Gasline Inducement Act (AGIA).
