Notice of Analysis and Proposed Decision: Trans-Alaska Pipeline System

The Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources received an application from Alyeska Pipeline Service Co., agent for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System lessees, to amend the TAPS Right-of-Way Lease. The proposed amendment would add land near pipeline milepost 531 to improve the drivelane around the security compound on the north bank of the Tanana River.

In accordance with Alaska Statute 38.35.080, the Commissioner has prepared an analysis of the application and a proposed decision. The public is invited to comment on the Analysis and Proposed Decision. All comments must be submitted in writing to the State Pipeline Coordinator's Office (SPCO) before 5:00 p.m. on August 24, 2015.

The proposed amendment would add approximately 2.14 acres of land adjacent to Remote Gate Valve 65 near pipeline milepost 397.5.

In accordance with Alaska Statute 38.35.080, the Commissioner has prepared an analysis of the application and a proposed decision. The public is invited to comment on the Analysis and Proposed Decision. All comments must be submitted in writing to the State Pipeline Coordinator's Office (SPCO) before 5:00 p.m. on August 21, 2015.

Notice of Right-of-Way Amendment Application: Trans-Alaska Pipeline System

The Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources received a lease amendment request from Alyeska Pipeline Service Co., as agent for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System lessees, to add approximately 1.10 acres of land near pipeline milepost (PLMP) 531.

The purpose of the request is to expand the drivelane and fence line buffers at the north bank of the Tanana River bridge security compound to improve safety and maneuverability of large equipment outside the fenced area.

Notice of Right-of-Way Amendment Application: Trans-Alaska Pipeline System

The Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources received a lease amendment request from Alyeska Pipeline Service Co., as agent for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System lessees, to add approximately 2.14 acres of land adjacent to Remote Gate Valve 65 near pipeline milepost 397.5.

The purpose of the request is to expand the existing RGV 65 pad for the installation of a crude oil heater unit and fuel tanks to help mitigate the continued decrease in crude oil temperatures.
