Notice of Right-of-Way Amendment Application: Trans-Alaska Pipeline System

The Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources received a lease amendment request from Alyeska Pipeline Service Co., as agent for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System lessees, to add approximately 1.10 acres of land near pipeline milepost (PLMP) 531.

The purpose of the request is to expand the drivelane and fence line buffers at the north bank of the Tanana River bridge security compound to improve safety and maneuverability of large equipment outside the fenced area.

Any objections pursuant to AS 38.35.200 must be submitted in writing to the SPCO by 5:00 p.m. on August 14, 2015. Click the links below to view the project description and full public notice.

Notice of Right-of-Way Amendment Application: Trans-Alaska Pipeline System

The Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources received a lease amendment request from Alyeska Pipeline Service Co., as agent for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System lessees, to add approximately 2.14 acres of land adjacent to Remote Gate Valve 65 near pipeline milepost 397.5.

The purpose of the request is to expand the existing RGV 65 pad for the installation of a crude oil heater unit and fuel tanks to help mitigate the continued decrease in crude oil temperatures.

Notice of Analysis and Proposed Decision: Badami Sales Oil Pipeline

The Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources received a lease amendment application from Savant Alaska, LLC, on behalf of Nutaaq Pipeline, LLC, to add approximately 0.22 acres of land adjacent to the Badami Central Production Facility pad. The proposed amendment would add lands associated with the installation of approximately 55 feet of new pipeline and the tie-in connecting the Badami Sales Oil Pipeline to the Point Thomson Export Pipeline.

In accordance with Alaska Statute 38.35.080, the DNR Commissioner has prepared an analysis of the application and a proposed decision.

The proposed amendment would add approximately 0.8 acres of State land along and within the floodplain of the Sagavanirktok River.

In accordance with Alaska Statue 38.35.080, the Commissioner has prepared an analysis of the application and a proposed decision.
