The Alaska Department of Natural Resources provides support to the Department of Law and the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Restoration Office as the State and Federal Trustees implement the 1994 Restoration Plan.

DNR, through contract, provides scientific and technical support services, realty services, and grant administration services. DNR in cooperation with the Alaska Department of Fish and Game coordinates the State's participation in the Trustee Council Small Parcel Program.
